Each year for our summer party we ask ourselves, what is it that employees need right now? This year we felt that everyone needed some good old fashioned bonding more than anything else. Other years based more on learning, this year we wanted to go with your typical team bonding day of fun. Only nothing is typical with 72.
FAMILY STAYCATION

To accomplish this I thought- what is more wholesome, more forced bonding than a good ole fashioned family vacation?! I’m talking Griswold style, Wally World levels of fun. Since we couldn’t fit our 400 person agency in a station wagon, we popped up a full on State Fair in our own parking lot. Full scale rides, pie eating contests, drag queen bingo, a hypnotist, and some ugly ass family portraits…family- fun- fuck yes!
