“72 Day” is a founders day type event for 72andSunny that requires every single employee to join in a day of learning and team bonding. But it’s 72, so we put that whole “corporate bonding” concept and turn it on its head.

We took all 400 employees to a desolate bluff in the Malibu hills and created our very own festival of the mind. Employees were cut loose to enjoy Ted Talk like programming, bespoke activities, food and music throughout the day. Think if Coachella x Ted Talks had a baby…on acid.

My personal favorite tent to explore was called “The Oracle”. This was a tent positioned at the edge of bluff with only one activity to enjoy- a conversation with The White Witch of LA.
You would think going to a tent to talk to a random stranger would be unnerving, but within 20 seconds I’d had a conversation with her as deep as the ocean. Twas’ a trip.
